Lady Panthers Fall Just Short - Look Ahead to States
Our girls fell just short in an incredibly close 1A WPIAL Championship match against Bentworth, with a final score of 0–1. The game was tied 0–0 until the final minutes — it truly could have gone either way. While the result was tough, we couldn’t be prouder of this team and everything they’ve accomplished this season. Their hard work, determination, and heart were on full display from start to finish. A huge thank you to all of our fans, families, and supporters who came out and cheered for our girls all year long! The team will advance to the PIAA Tournament beginning on Tuesday against the winner of District 9. We wish the girls luck moving forward!

With a 2-1 victory of Springdale the Girls Soccer Team is head to the WPIAL 1A Finals! Join us as we support the varsity girls soccer team in the Championship Game against the Bentworth Bearcats on Thursday, Oct. 30! The game will take place at 6 p.m. at Highmark Stadium (510 West Station Square Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15219). Wear your Sewickley Academy gear and cheer on our team to victory.

Freshman Standout Earns Spot at States!
Trey Susa was a standout addition to Sewickley Academy’s Golf Team this year. He posted an impressive regular season scoring average of 36.6, making him our most consistent player throughout the season.Trey took his game to the next level in the postseason. At the WPIAL Championship, held on September 30th at Valley Brook Country Club, he finished tied for 3rd place out of 43 competitors, earning himself a well-deserved medal!He’s now looking forward to competing in the State PIAA Championship, which will take place at Penn State University on October 20th and 21st.Good Luck Trey!!
